Sustainability Governance

Draupner Ideas’ ESG governance is designed to integrate sustainability into our strategy consulting practices and daily operations. Our governance structure consists of the ESG Steering Committee, the Sustainability & Innovation Office, the ESG Working Group, and all employees.

ESG Steering Committee

The ESG Steering Committee is the highest decision-making body, responsible for setting ESG policies and strategic priorities. Operating at the executive level, the committee reviews progress on ESG initiatives, approves key action plans, and ensures alignment with the firm’s long-term vision.

Sustainability & Innovation Office

The Sustainability & Innovation Office functions as the dedicated ESG unit, coordinating company-wide initiatives. The office develops action plans, monitors progress, and supports the ESG Working Group in effective execution, ensuring that sustainability is embedded across our operations and services.

ESG Working Group

The ESG Working Group is a cross-functional team of representatives from each consulting practice area. It facilitates collaboration on ESG-related matters, gathers insights from projects, and ensures that ESG commitments are consistently embedded into client engagements and internal operations.

All employees are expected to integrate ESG considerations into their consulting work and daily responsibilities. TCFD

Draupner Ideas supports the TCFD and, in line with its recommendations, strengthens governance and climate strategies while helping clients manage risks and set carbon reduction goals.
