We welcome detailed business plans and pitch materials that clearly outline the company’s vision, market opportunity, financial projections, and ESG impact goals. Following initial screening, select startups will be invited for deeper due diligence and strategic discussions.

While terms may vary depending on the stage of the company, in the case of Seed investments, our standard investment terms are $100,000 for a 10% equity stake, based on a post-money valuation of $1,000,000. In some cases, we may also invest in two tranches: an initial $50,000, followed by an additional $50,000 within six months, subject to agreed milestones and performance.
